Booking and Deposit. 

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making your reservation. Failure to pay the deposit within this time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will forfeit the entire deposit.
Any changes made to the booking less than 48 hours before the event may incur additional fees.

Responsibility for Equipment Hire
The client is fully responsible for the safe use, care and return of all hired
The client must ensure that the equipment is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in a safe manner.
If the hired equipment is damaged, lost or failed to be returned, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond. If the damage or loss exceeds the bond amount, the client will be invoiced for the additional cost.

Bond
A bond will be required at the time of the booking, which is refundable after the equipment has been returned and inspected.
The bond amount will depend on the value of the equipment hired. The bond will be refunded after an inspection of the returned equipment, confirming that it is in satisfactory condition. If the equipment is damaged, lost or fails to be returned, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the bond. If the damage or loss exceeds the bond amount, the client will be invoiced for the additional cost.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection of equipment can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on the location and the size of the order. The client will be informed of the delivery costs at the time of booking.

Liability
Our company is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of the hired equipment. Clients must ensure all the equipment is used in a safe manner and by persons qualified to do so.
The client agrees to indemnify the business against any claims, loss, damage, injury arising from the use of the equipment.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client before the event.
